1 Who we are

In this Privacy Policy references to “we” and “us” are to The Company TopGear  Driver Training Ltd.

2 What information we collect and how

The information we collect via this website or by other communication may include.

(1) Any personal details you give us, such as name, address, email address, etc.

3 What we do with your information

Personal information collected from this website and/or by other communication will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details collected will be used.

(1) To provide an instructor from the services we provide to suit you requirements.

(2) To comply with legal requirements.

(3)  All payments are by arrangement with your Instructor and their preferred payment method.

(4) Topgear do not accept any responsibility for any direct payments to Instructors.

(5) Topgear have a designated client account and funds will be held here separate to the trading assests and liabiliteis of Topgear Driver Training Ltd. Topgear Driver Training Ltd do not take any card payments.

4 Cancellation/Refund Policy

Terms and conditions. A deposit may be required for services. A full refund of the deposit/any other part payment made to Topgear Driver Training Ltd or the designated client account will be given as long as 72 hours notice is given from the time of receipt.

*Any Pre-Paid Block bookings ,voucher or Package payment are none refundable if obtained directly from Topgear Driver Training Ltd, and at the discrescion of the Driving Instructor purchased from. The Driving Instructors decision is final.
